• Customized orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has started.

2. Customization & Design

• Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all design details, names, colors, quantities, and customization requirements before production begins.
• Colors may appear slightly different between the images displayed on the screen and the actual product.
• Minor variations may occur in handmade or customized products due to the nature of the items.

3. Payment

• Payment must be completed using the payment methods available in our store before production begins, unless otherwise agreed.
• An order is considered confirmed only after the required payment has been received.

4. Delivery

• Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the order size, customization requirements, delivery location, and circumstances beyond our control.
• Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and an active contact number.
• Additional delivery fees may apply if an incorrect address is provided or if the order cannot be received at the agreed time.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the personalized nature of our products, customized and made-to-order items are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except where required by applicable law.
• If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photos of the item and your order details so we can review the issue.

6. Product Availability

• Product, material, and color availability may change from time to time.
• If a specific product, material, or color is unavailable, we may offer a suitable alternative after consulting with the customer.

7. Customer Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all order details before the order is finalized.
• Joudy Gifts is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided or approved by the customer.
